bomb hot shell

So, i went to starbucks today to order a drink, when i saw a sign outside that said "starbucks is now hiring." i was excited by this. Now, i have a full sleeve on my right arm, but aside from that i am an average looking girl... No piercings or wild hair.... Anyway, i was wearing a tanktop so all tats were on display, and after ordering my drink i asked for an application. Heres how things went:

ME: "may i please have an application?"
FEMALE BARISTA: *looks me over, lingers on tattoos* "we actually arenapos;t hiring"
M: "oh...really?" (puzzled)
FB: "yeah weapos;re totally, beyond, overly fully staffed...."

i turned around and pointed at the sign
M: "maybe you should take your sign down then?"
FB: *suddenly realizing itapos;s up* "Oh........." then she stumbled over to the food area and i went to wait for my drink.

SO, my question is:

is that just a general sign saying starbucks IN GENERAL is hiring- not that particular store, or was she discriminating because of my tattoos?

it sure felt like the latter.
